Terms of Service for Matty G's Barbecue & Catering Co. LLC

Welcome to mattygsbbq.com! We like to keep our business just like our recipes: simple, honest, and built on a foundation of meat, wood, and fire. By using our website or booking our catering services, you agree to these ground rules.

1. The Handshake (Agreement)

If you browse this site or book an event with us, you are agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree with them, we are genuinely bummed, but no brisket for you.

2. The Smoker Rule (Payments & Cancellations)

Great barbecue takes days of prep. Because we purchase premium ingredients and dedicate smoker space specifically for your event, all catering deposits are non-refundable. Once the meat hits the heat, we cannot cancel your order or refund the cost.

3. The "Meat Sweats" Clause (Liability & Allergies)

We take food safety incredibly seriously. However, our kitchen handles major allergens. If you or your guests have severe food allergies, you must disclose them beforehand. While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee a 100% cross-contamination-free environment. By eating our food, you agree that Matty G's is not liable for allergic reactions, sudden bouts of the "meat sweats," or unavoidable delivery delays (like a classic Rochester snowstorm).

4. The Pitmaster's Word (Right to Refuse)

Barbecue is about community and good times. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or leave an event if anyone is hostile, unsafe, or disrespectful to our staff. Good vibes only around the firebox.

5. The Home Turf (Governing Law)

We operate out of New York. Any legal disputes arising from these terms will be governed by New York state law and handled in our local jurisdiction.
