Refund and Cancellation Policy
Matty G's Barbecue & Catering Co. LLC
We understand that event plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while protecting the time and resources required to prepare for your event. Please review our catering cancellation and refund policy below.
1. Securing Your Date (Deposits): To secure our catering services for your event date, a strictly non-refundable deposit of 30% of the estimated total invoice is required at the time of booking. Your date is not reserved until this deposit is received.

3. Cancellation Timeline and RefundsIf you need to cancel your event, refunds (excluding the 30% non-refundable deposit) are processed based on the following timeline:
4. Event Postponement: If you need to reschedule your event rather than cancel, we will do our best to accommodate your new date. Postponements requested at least 30 days in advance will have their deposit fully transferred to the new date (subject to our availability). Postponements requested within 30 days of the event may be treated as a cancellation, subject to the terms in Section 3, at the discretion of Matty G's Barbecue & Catering Co. LLC.
5. Acts of God / Force Majeure: Matty G's Barbecue & Catering Co. LLC shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or public health mandates. In such events, we will work with you to apply paid balances toward a future rescheduled event.
